No returns
We do not accept returns. We send you exactly the part you ordered, so please check everything thoroughly before you order, including the model, year, engine and fitting details. If you are not sure, call or WhatsApp us first and we will help you confirm the right part.
Wrong part ordered
Choosing the correct part is done before you order. A part ordered by mistake or found not to suit your vehicle cannot be returned or refunded.
Reconditioned compressors
Reconditioned AC compressors come with a 2 day checking warranty. If a problem is found with the compressor within those 2 days, we will give you another product in exchange. We do not give cash refunds.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for reconditioned spare parts only, and only as an exchange for another product, never as a cash refund.
Electronic items
Electronic items have no refund or return. Every one is tested before it is shipped or handed over to you.
